1Q App Review

1q app reviewWhat is the 1Q app? How can you use it to earn some extra cash on your phone? Is it legit or a scam? Find out in this 1Q app review!

1Q App — What It Is

1Q is an app that will pay you for answering surveys. But unlike other survey apps, which waste your time and effort, 1Q has a unique twist: Their surveys have one question each and pay you instantly via Paypal.

Signing up is easy – just fill out a few questions, such as how old you are, whether you are registered to vote and in which political party, and what you do for a living. This helps them find you suitable surveys.

When signing up, you will be asked whether you want to get paid 50 cents per survey or 25 cents per survey. You will get more surveys if you choose 25 cents. It’s sort of a gamble; you might find it worth it to choose 25 cents and you might not. You can also increase your chances of getting surveys by giving the app access to your location.

If you don’t have a smartphone, you can choose to get your one-question surveys sent to you via text message.

How Much Money Can You Make With 1Q?

That’s an interesting question. I’ve had the app installed on my phone for a number of weeks already and I have yet to receive a single survey. Right now, it’s just taking up space on my phone. Maybe as 1Q grows, they will get more and more companies signing up and there will be more surveys available.

So, Is 1Q Legit? Can It Really Be True?

1Q seems to be legit. I like the idea of getting some extra money here and there, even if it’s just a quarter or two — it takes just a few seconds to answer a question. But I don’t know how long I will keep this app just collecting dust on my phone.

Reviews on Google Play have been mixed. People were saying that they have indeed been paid. However, there were a number of negative reviews, which mostly centered around the issue of not getting any questions. There are probably more people trying to make money from it than there are companies sending out questions.

So, you can definitely download the app. It doesn’t cost anything, and you can make some extra cash here and there. But don’t expect to get a lot of questions, if any.

UPDATE: I’ve since received two questions. Even though I deleted the app, I was sent these questions via text messaging. Each text was one question each with a multiple choice answer. All I had to do was text back A, B, C, D, etc. I was paid 25 cents via Paypal immediately after.

Yeah I tried this one too and it didn’t send me any questions. I liked the idea a lot. I think it’s still installed on my phone. Seems like it’d be super popular if they had enough questions.

      Hi Ricki,

Yes, it’s a problem, since there will always be more people trying to make money from things like this than companies willing to work with them.

      Thanks for stopping by!

Oh, thanks for the heads up. A paid survey app is not much good if it does not send you surveys… Are there other paid survey apps or sites you have had a better experience with?

      Hi Alice!

I don’t really recommend survey sites, but I have a whole list of them on my 250+ websites list.

      Thanks for stopping by!
