Who Can Benefit From Online Marketing — Is Affiliate Marketing for Everyone?

marketing-998561_640-2-1Who can benefit from affiliate marketing? First of all, in case you are unaware, affiliate marketing is when you have a website and promote
products on that website. It is easy to start, and you can find out more how to start right here. When visitors come to your website and they purchase one of the products you promote, you earn a commission — for example, if you earn 25% commissions and the product costs $100, you will earn $25 per sale.

Now, there are many people who can benefit from this. As I mentioned, it is easy to start and it is not hard work — you simply have to write blog posts on your website. Anyone can write a blog post and make money — there is no need to have a degree in writing or anything like that.

You can work at your own pace, building out your site in a manner and schedule that works best for you. You can do it during your lunch break, you can do it after work in the evening, you can do it on your laptop while commuting on the subway, and you can do it the coffee shop while enjoying your morning joe.

Once your site is up and running and receives a steady amount of visitors, you will be earning money — passive money. People from the other side of the world will be buying the products you promote while you sleep — and you will earn cash. You can take a vacation and still be earning money.

So who is this for? Here is just a small number of people who can benefit from this:

  • College students. Are you a student in college with some extra time on your hands, even just an hour a week? Why not build a website, and who knows? Maybe by the time you’re finished college you will have earned enough to pay off your student loans.
  • Stay-at-home-moms. Caring for your baby at home? Well, when your baby sleeps, you can concentrate on building up a passive income stream.
  • Blue collar workers –– plumbers, carpenters, truck drivers, construction workers, etc. If you have some extra time, then that time is a perfect time to build up your online business.
  • White collar workers, including doctors and lawyers. Set up a blog and promote products to make some extra income. If you want, start a medical or law blog to promote your brand.
  • Local business owners, including service providers. Have a local business? A service, such as plumbing? Start a blog, not to promote other people’s products, but your own! You will gain customers through local SEO.
  • Retired people, or people preparing for retirement. It’s good to have an extra reliable source of passive income once you are retired. An affiliate marketing website will do just that.

These are just six types of people who can benefit from affiliate marketing. If you are one of them, or if you think that you can benefit as well, why not start today? Click here to find out how to start for free.

    Hi,

Wow this sounds like a cool opportunity. I’ve always wanted to make money online but I always thought it was only for people who had a lot of experience with this sort of thing.

I knew there were training programs out there for beginners like me but I just didn’t think that it was right for me because I don’t have any writing experience.

Now that You’ve said that I don’t need any experience I feel a lot better about getting started in something like this.

    Thanks for the info.

      Hi Robert,

I had no writing experience when I started out either! In fact, I am ashamed of my first posts back then, which were filled with grammar and spelling errors…

But eventually, my writing improved, and the fact that I had no experience didn’t stop me from making money.

      All the best,

      Ben

Wow, so I guess you can say affiliate marketing is virtually for everyone who’s interested in making money then.

But it seems like you need to have some knowledge about computers to be successful in this type of business. What advise would you give to people who aren’t all that ‘tech savvy’?

      Hi Joeka,

When I started out, I did not have much experience with computers either. Sure, I had used Windows 2000 and XP, but I was what you considered “backwards.”

However, I discovered a course that not only taught me how to make money through affiliate marketing, it guided me step by step through the process of building a website, adding posts, setting up my website email, and more. Check out that course here.

As you can see, you learn on the go.

      All the best,

      Ben
